EDR/NDR Engineer

I. PURPOSE

Supports the development and refinement of Endpoint and Network Detection and Response (EDR/NDR) solutions by participating in client workshops, gathering requirements, implementing feedback, and collaborating with the team to ensure timely delivery while gaining hands-on experience and continuous learning.

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supports the management and optimization of Endpoint and Network Detection and Response (EDR/NDR) by performing platform administration, availability management, configuration documentation, and 1st-level support.
• Responsibilities include maintaining service catalogs, monitoring SLAs and OLAs, implementing changes and projects, managing access and incidents, contributing to IT asset and operations management, and assisting in problem resolution.
