EDUCATION ASSISTANTS - Casual / On CallCoquitlam School District invites applications for Casual Education Assistants. As the third largest school district in the province, we are located within a 40-minute drive from downtown Vancouver. The school district has a population of 34,000 students with approximately 4,400 teaching, administrative, managerial and support staff. Casual Education Assistants are required for a variety of school and district assignments and will be eligible to apply for regular positions as they become available. Education Assistants report to the principal/designate and provides instructional assistance and supervision to students with diverse needs under the direction of the classroom/program teacher. Completion of an Education Assistant Certificate/Diploma Program from an accredited college or institute is required. A copy of all credentials must accompany your application.
