Education:
Bachelor's degree in education, Social Work, Community Development, or a related field.

Experience:
The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in community mobilization, advocacy, or education-in-emergency initiatives, with preference for experience in organizing school-based or community-level inclusion activities. Strong interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills are essential, along with sensitivity to gender and cultural contexts. Experience working in humanitarian or education-in-emergency settings will be considered an asset.
