Education Cloud Salesforce Administrator

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure Salesforce Education Cloud

• Design and implement scalable solutions using Apex, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

• Maintain data quality, governance, and security across Salesforce platforms

• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems, preferably using MuleSoft

• Build automation with Flows and Process Builder

• Create and manage custom objects, permissions, profiles, and layouts

• Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and defects

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for releases, testing, and deployments

• Document solutions and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices
