Education consultant - instructor observations

Education Consultant – Instructor Observations Position overview: The Education Consultant for Instructor Observations will be responsible for completing observations of instructors at campus locations in Calgary, Edmonton, or Winnipeg.

Key Responsibilities

Support instructors in enhancing teaching practices in alignment with Robertson’s teaching and learning mission, vision, and mandate by conducting observations and providing feedback.

Model professional communication both verbally and in writing.

Education, Experience, and Skills

Required:

Subject Matter Expertise (education and experience) in one or more of the following: Pharmacy Assistant, Medical Lab Assistant, Health Care Aide, Nursing Assistant (Winnipeg).

Strong computer and digital literacy skills.

Ability to work independently.

Strong communication skills.
