RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

- Identify, approach, and convert potential students through school visits, roadshows, and digital inquiries.

- Respond to all inquiries (phone, email, social media) within the 24-hour response KPI.

- Provide personalized counseling to prospective students and parents on course selection and career paths.

- Meet or exceed monthly and intake-based student recruitment quotas (KPIs).

- Guide students through the application process, ensuring all forms are filled and fees are paid.

- Represent the institution at external education fairs, school visits, and roadshows.

- Collect and report data on competitor pricing, new courses, and student preferences.
