RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Identify, approach, and convert potential students through school visits, roadshows, and digital inquiries.
• Respond to all inquiries (phone, email, social media) within the 24-hour response KPI.
• Provide personalized counseling to prospective students and parents on course selection and career paths.
• Meet or exceed monthly and intake-based student recruitment quotas (KPIs).
• Guide students through the application process, ensuring all forms are filled and fees are paid.
• Represent the institution at external education fairs, school visits, and roadshows.
• Collect and report data on competitor pricing, new courses, and student preferences.
• Engage with alumni and current students to generate leads through word-of-mouth.
• Conduct outbound cold-calling or warm-calling campaigns to existing databases.
