Identify, approach, and convert potential students through school visits, roadshows, and digital inquiries.
Respond to all inquiries (phone, email, social media) within the 24-hour response KPI.
Provide personalized counseling to prospective students and parents on course selection and career paths.
Meet or exceed monthly and intake-based student recruitment quotas (KPIs).
Guide students through the application process, ensuring all forms are filled and fees are paid.
Represent the institution at external education fairs, school visits, and roadshows.
Collect and report data on competitor pricing, new courses, and student preferences.
Engage with alumni and current students to generate leads through word-of-mouth.
Conduct outbound cold-calling or warm-calling campaigns to existing databases.
Persuade cold or warm leads to commit to registration through effective negotiation and objection handling.
