Education Development Specialist
Dublin 1 | Hybrid (2 days office / 3 days remote)

Salary: €45,000 + excellent benefits package

A leading education professional body based in Dublin 1 is seeking an experienced Education Development Specialist to join its Education Team.

Reporting to the Head of Teaching and Learning, this role will support the design, development and delivery of high-quality education and training programmes.

Key Responsibilities
Develop engaging, learner-focused content (textbooks, microlearning, study supports)

Coordinate projects with subject matter experts, authors and lecturers

Support assessment processes and prepare examination documentation

Ensure programmes meet academic and quality standards

Analyse learner feedback and engagement data to enhance programmes
