: $ /Month General Summary To assist and support the Education Division in the execution of educational programmes, and contribute to content development for the museum's public programmes. The incumbent reports to the Senior Manager/ Manager of the Education team within the Division. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Educational Programme 1. Work closely in a team of two, to manage school visits to the museum's signature programme, Museum-based Learning: Asian Adventures for Primary 6. 2. Keep track and handle school bookings via BookMuseums booking portal, emails, and phone calls, etc. 3. Answer email and phone enquiries from schools. 4. Welcome school groups to the museums, conduct mass briefings to large groups, and undertake crowd control measures during peak periods or when there are a few school groups in the museum. 5.
