Education Process Specialist

Overview

The Education Process Specialist plays a key role in enhancing the efficiency, quality, and overall student and client experience across the organization. In this role, you will analyze, design, and optimize education‑related processes, partnering closely with cross‑functional teams, education leaders, and subject‑matter experts to identify workflow gaps, assess risks, and implement sustainable improvements. Using data‑driven insights, root cause analysis, process mapping, and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, and PDCA, you will lead the redesign and standardization of workflows to strengthen program delivery, service quality, and operational effectiveness.
