Background
At Bluedge, we support AU Registered Training Organizations (RTOs) to maintain high standards in quality assurance, compliance, and audit readiness. We're building a strong foundation of systems, evidence, and documentation that keeps our partner RTOs operating smoothly and confidently in a regulated environment.
We're looking for a Quality & Compliance Associate (Graduate/Intern) who is eager to learn, naturally organized, and proud of doing work properly the first time. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, proactive, and driven, and who wants to grow into a specialist career in compliance, quality systems, governance, and education operations.
