This National Guard position is for a EDUCATION SERVICES OFFICER, Position Description Number D2008000 and is part of the HI JFHQ G1, National Guard. LOCATION: Joint Force Headquarters - G1, Hawaii Army National Guard, Kapolei, Hawaii Responsibilities SUMMARY OF DUTIES: The purpose of this position is to supervise two or more of the following programs: education, incentives, testing, and guidance. The position serves as the principal advisor and consultant within the State and has primary responsibility for the development, management, and administration of the aforementioned programs through budget management, personnel supervision, program management, policy development, and advisory services.
