Education Services Systems Specialist

Based in our San Jose, Costa Rica location, you will be responsible for maintaining and administering our Global Learning Management System (LMS). This role acts as an LMS SME, assisting in maintaining process documentation partnering with the Sr. Global Education Services Specialist and global business unit leads.

**In this role, your responsibilities will be:**

+ Configure new courses (classroom, virtual, online) while ensuring adherence to global accreditation policies. Set up certifications, learning paths, and manage prerequisites.
+ Execute annual pricing refreshes and course metadata updates (titles, descriptions, translations).
