Education Technology and Innovation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Innovation Support and Implementation

2. Assist in the development and execution of education innovation projects in collaboration with internal teams and preschool centres.

3. Support the exploration and evaluation of new pedagogical approaches, tools, and technologies relevant to early childhood learning.

4. Contribute to project documentation, reporting, and dissemination of outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.

5. Pilot Projects and Scaling

6. Coordinate the planning, execution, and monitoring of pilot programmes.

7. Facilitate the successful transition and scaling of completed pilot initiatives to additional preschool centres.

8. Collect and analyse feedback from participating centres to refine implementation strategies and enhance project effectiveness.
