Educational Administration Officer

XCL World Academy is seeking to recruit an Educational Administration Officer. The successful incumbent will be responsible for supporting the Secondary Years leadership team with the management of the daily operations of the secondary school. It is expected that the Educational Administration Officer will have a good understanding of school management information systems in addition to strong communication and interpersonal skills - will be required to interface with school staff, students, and parents/guardians.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily cover/supply arrangement for the Secondary Years - in conjunction with the Dean of Student Life.
• Manage and coordinate the deployment of cover/supply teachers.
• Student Attendance/Arrival tracking - Inclusive of contacting parents whose ward has not arrived at school and communication regarding their absence has not been received.
