Qualifications and Experience

: Incumbents must possess a secondary school diploma and two year or three year Community College Diploma in one of the following: Child & Youth Worker, Registered Early Childhood Educator*, Behavioral Science Technician, Educational Assistant, Developmental Services Worker or Social Service Worker, Registered Nurse**, Registered Nursing Assistant or Registered Practical Nurse** Bachelor Degrees in Child Studies, Sociology and Psychology will be recognized. Behaviour Management Systems (BMS) training/certification is an asset.
