Educational Effectiveness Specialist

Position Description 
The Educational Effectiveness Specialist works within the Office of Educational Effectiveness to foster a culture that combines assessment, accessibility, inclusive learning, and data-driven continuous improvement strategies. The Educational Effectiveness Specialist will support a data-informed, inclusive learning environment by coordinating and reporting on academic institutional research (, PLO assessments, surveys, focus groups), identifying strengths and areas of improvement related to student learning and experience. The Educational Effectiveness Specialist will provide consultation and training for faculty and staff in various curricular-related areas to improve Biola’s educational effectiveness.
