🌟About the Role

As Educational Leader at Journey Epsom, you’ll play a key role in elevating practice, strengthening pedagogy, and supporting educators to grow with confidence. Working alongside the Centre Leadership Team, you’ll guide intentional teaching, embed reflective practice, and ensure children remain at the centre of everything we do.

This role is ideal for an experienced educator who is passionate about mentoring others, driving quality outcomes, and continuing to develop their own leadership capability in a supportive, values‑led environment.

This is a dual role working closely alongside our existing Educational Leader.
Monday to Thursday, permanent part-time position.
