EDUCATIONAL LEADER

The Educational Leader plays a crucial role in supporting and developing family and educator understanding of the
importance of play based learning, and the significance the early years has on the educational outcomes for children.
The Educational Leader works collaboratively with educators providing curriculum direction and guidance, ensuring
the implementation of a quality educational program which is underpinned by the Early Years Learning Framework
V2.0 (2022).
To be effective in this role, the Educational Leader will build educator knowledge and skills by inspiring, motivating,
and challenging educators while growing their own practice and pedagogy. The Educational Leader will create a
culture of inquiry to build professional knowledge, drive continuous improvement and embed sector recognised best
practices.
