Position Overview
We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Education/Visa Counselor & Coordinator to support our growing education and visa operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with students, managing documents, and ensuring smooth, accurate submissions.
What you'll do
Counsel students on course options and admissions requirements
Manage end-to-end admissions processing (offers, COE coordination, provider follow-ups)
Coordinate document collection and maintain clear checklists
Support Student Visa (Subclass 500) lodgement administration (document preparation, uploads, file accuracy)
Update CRM and track case progress, deadlines, and follow-ups
Liaise with education providers and internal teams for smooth outcomes
Ensure high-quality written communication (emails, notes, client updates)
