MISSIONWork closely with existing teams to ensure appropriate support for the individuals concerned. Develop and implement social projects aimed at promoting autonomy, personal development, and the flourishing of individuals. Ensure regular monitoring of progress and difficulties faced by the individuals being supported, maintaining effective communication with complementary teams.
