E/E Product Specialist Engineer

**Aufgaben**:
- E/E Product Specialist Engineer
- Main Objective:
- Localization of Electric & Electronic Components (Incl. Wiring Harness) in Mexico and NAFTA, support smooth production ramp-up and continuous series production of Mercedes-Benz Vehicles.
Main:
- Track necessary documentation and process readiness of the parts for the vehicle production plant.
- Drive continuous improvement for own area of responsibility, and challenge others to top performance.
- Promptly respond to shop calls and plant build issues.
Understand the ramifications of these issues and how their potential solutions roll out across multiple projects and products.
Develop and implement suitable countermeasures.
- 2. Change management: Maintain information exchange with RD Germany for smooth and timely implementation of changes with the suppliers and Mercedes-Benz vehicle plants in alignment with the project targets.
