We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Operations Quality Specialist (Associate, Specialist, Senior) .

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead and manage quality and process improvement initiatives to support operational customs clearance service objectives
• Close collaboration with operational teams in different regions and with departments like Engineering, Compliance and Network
• Ensure alignment with strategic quality objectives and operational standards
• Lead or support cross-regional and cross-functional projects
