                    JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description:
Job Purpose 
To enable optimization of resource (assets/labor/expenses) in his/her assigned value stream by establishing current performance, identifying opportunities, leading the assessment of efficiency and de bottlenecking projects, developing improvements and assisting with their implementation.
Key Responsibilities 
Capacity & Resources management
Initiates, conducts, and co-ordinates studies and analyses to identify and quantify process and product quality / capacity constraints, bottlenecks and opportunities. The jobholder will recommend ideal way forward.
The jobholder is the responsible to highlight and recommend ways of balancing utilization across the value stream. 
Highlight areas of under- utilization.
