Requirements

• E.U. nationals or holders of a valid Spanish work permit.
• A recognized English teaching qualification.
• Minimum one year of recent TEFL experience.
• Full mastery of English across all 4 skills to CEFR C2/IELTS band 8.
• At least one year of teaching experience using a communicative methodology.
• Ability to inspire, manage, and motivate students.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Proactive, positive, and professional demeanour.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Experience in English for specific purposes and in creating tailored class material.
• Experience teaching young learners and teenagers.
• Proficiency in IT tools such as digital materials, Microsoft Word, Excel, Zoom, and Moodle platforms.
• A CELTA or TESOL certificate with a grade of B or higher.
• Deep understanding of Spanish culture.
