The Medical Equipment Management Service (MEMS) at NHS Grampian currently has a vacancy for a Band 4 Medical Engineering Technician and are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced individual to join a small team of technicians who specialise in servicing, maintaining and managing a range of reusable electronic patient applied equipment, i.e. Pumps, Monitors, Diagnostic equipment and Theatre equipment, this list is not exhaustive. All equipment is used in clinical areas throughout the Grampian region.

You will have some experience in electrical/electronic engineering and be able to clearly demonstrate post qualification technical training and experience in the support of a broad range of medical equipment, although specific training on a range of medical devices will be provided.
