The Egg House Executive is responsible for leading and overseeing the daily operations of the Egg Store to ensure efficient production flow, accurate inventory control, and high-quality output that meets customer and QC standards. This role provides operational leadership in manpower planning, logistics coordination, and equipment efficiency while ensuring full compliance with safety, SOP, and regulatory requirements. The Executive also drives continuous improvement initiatives, supports team development, and acts as the key liaison between Production, Sales, Maintenance, QC, and HR to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.
