Collaborates with and assists Epic Education Manager with oversight of department day to day operations. Main focus is supporting the implementations and go-lives at facilities of a substantial distance from Parkview. Leads the work and team members to promote and develop highest level of team performance, productivity, and efficiency. Leads and mentors team members in maintenance, development, and ongoing EHR (Epic) Education, ensuring consistency in standards. Proactive in identifying opportunities for team processes and EHR system improvement and knowledge sustainment. Possesses a high knowledge level for EHR applications and acts as a resource to team members, peers, and clients.
