Summary

Engages with Parkview Health and Connect Clients to navigate, guide, and resolve EHR related education and support needs during implementations and go-live activities. Performs Instructional Design duties by evaluating, adapting, and developing instruction based on learner needs. Instrumental in growing team knowledge by engaging in critical thinking and analysis to seek and solve problems. Serves as a mentor to new EHR Educators both from a department and EHRknowledge perspective. Proposes solutions to senior specialists and manager surrounding curriculum standards, efficiency, quality, and project education. Serves as a subject matter expert in Epic functionality across multiple applications. Consistently utilizes critical thinking and analytical abilities in seeking and resolving issues.
