EHS Advisor Focused on Health, Safety, and Environment

Drive a proactive health, safety, and environmental culture as an EHS Advisor. Play a pivotal role in supporting electrical project teams and implementing critical safety protocols in Scarborough.
As an EHS Advisor, your mission is to foster a strong safety culture throughout the organization. You'll be responsible for conducting orientations, developing training programs, and performing workplace inspections. Your expertise will guide the team in navigating health and safety regulations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote an inclusive culture for employee development
• Conduct health & safety orientations for all personnel
• Train teams in emergency response and safety regulations
• Perform inspections and audits to ensure compliance
• Support the Joint Health and Safety Committees
Requirements:
• Experience in construction health and safety roles
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act
• NCSO designation required for consideration
