ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH AND SAFETY BUSINESS PARTNER
We have an exciting role for an Environmental Health and Safety Business Partner role at our Springs Plant, reporting to the Environmental Health and Safety Manager.
The role will be responsible for initiating, developing and managing the EHS activities necessary to provide full service to assigned stakeholders ensuring the achievement of the company’s business objectives and the customers KPI’s.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing Lead EHS compliance across the site, ensuring alignment with legislation, ISO standards, and company systems.
Drive internal audits, regulatory reporting, and sustainability performance (energy, water, waste, emissions).
Partner with operations, engineering, and leadership to integrate EHS into projects and daily activities.
Build a strong safety culture through coaching, training, and employee engagement.
