EHS Compliance Engineer

Key Responsibilities EHS Program Development & Implementation

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive health and safety management systems aligned with OSHA 1994, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements​.
• Establish and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and Safe Work Instructions for all manufacturing processes and high-risk activities​.
• Create and implement permit-to-work systems for confined space entry, hot work, working at height, electrical work, and lockout/tagout procedures​.
• Design and execute emergency response plans, evacuation procedures, fire safety protocols, and conduct regular emergency drills​.
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure safety performance.

Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment

• Conduct comprehensive Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC) for all work processes, equipment, and manufacturing activities​.
