EHS Engineer

Position Summary
The Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Engineer is responsible for ensuring compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations while promoting a culture of safety within the organization. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining EHS programs and procedures to minimize risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve overall safety performance within Silicon Box.
Responsibilities
Review, identify and update relevant EHS requirements in line with regulatory compliance (MOM, SCDF, NEA, etc.)
Organize and lead regular EHS inspection, safety meetings, and monitoring of corrective/ preventive actions.
Lead incident and accident investigation. Follow up on effectiveness of implemented actions.
Educate and train employees on EHS requirements and regulations to promote zero accident culture.
Work with relevant stakeholders for accident prevention program, conducts hazard identifications and risk assessment.
