Job Description
Role Summary
Support the implementation of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) practices at solar project sites to ensure safe working conditions, statutory compliance, and adherence to project safety standards.
Site Safety Implementation
Assist in implementing site EHS plans, safety procedures, and safe work practices .
Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with safety rules and use of PPE.
Ensure safe execution of high-risk activities such as work at height, electrical works, lifting operations, and excavation .
Safety Monitoring & Inspections
Conduct regular site safety inspections and report unsafe acts or conditions.
Support daily toolbox talks and safety briefings.
Assist in monitoring contractor and subcontractor safety compliance.
