EHS Lead

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Develop, implement and monitor comprehensive health, safety and environmental management systems
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards
• Provide training and guidance to employees on health, safety and environmental best practices
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and industry standards
• Investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in EHS performance
• Maintain detailed records and prepare reports for management and regulatory authorities

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science or a related field
• 2 years of demonstrated experience in an EHS leadership role, preferably in the food manufacturing company.
