Job Description
Leading multinational manufacturing company is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead Environmental, Health & Safety operations within a metal-mechanical manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and strengthen EHS programs and safety culture across operations.
Lead incident investigations, root‐cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety regulations (NOM-STPS, Civil Protection, emissions, water discharges, waste management, COA, etc.).
Lead ISO ***** certification activities.
Manage significant risk assessments, contractor safety, and high‐risk activities (LOTO, confined spaces, work at heights, hot work).
Coordinate emergency response plans, safety brigades, and EHS audits.
Monitor leading and lagging EHS indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
