EHS Manager

1. EHS Governance & Compliance
Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Ensure strong adherence to safe work practices, method statements, and permitting processes across all data centre operations.
Serve as the primary liaison for government and regulatory bodies on EHS matters.
2. Audits, Inspections & Risk Management
Conduct EHS inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments for all facilities and operational activities.
Lead incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Support operational teams in ensuring safe execution of maintenance, engineering, and vendor activities.
3. Emergency Preparedness & Safety Programs
Develop, implement, and maintain emergency response plans; conduct regular fire, evacuation, and response drills.
