Job Overview:

Responsible for providing health and safety services and technical person competent in pollution control and environmental management and spearheads legal compliances and stakeholder management of the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensures compliance with the requirements of PD1586, RA6969, RA 8749, RA9003, RA9275 and all applicable environmental requirements and their respective implementing rules and regulation (IRRs).
• Identifies significant environmental aspects and impacts of the operational activities and recommends mitigating measures in the formulation of the Environmental Management Plan and Contingency Plan.
• Ensure proper performance, operation and maintenance of all environmental management facilities or systems such as wastewater treatment facility, Air pollution devices, Material Recovery facility (MRF), and Environmental monitoring devices.
