Position: EHS OFFICER

The EHS Officer is responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) guidelines across the site or organization. This role involves conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, processing required permits and fostering a strong safety culture among all employees and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor company safety policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with local and national regulations.
Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments on site to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective/preventive measures.
