EHS Officer

Job Responsibilities

• Support the Regional EHS Manager with day‑to‑day EHS operations and coordination.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Singapore EHS team, ensuring strong operational performance.
• Serve as the EHS Subject Matter Expert, advising business partners and supporting customer (Applied Materials) EHS requirements.
• Develop, review, and maintain Risk Assessments and Job Hazard Analyses in compliance with MOM/WSH regulations and customer standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation, inspection records, PTW documents, incident reports, and audit logs.
• Liaise with relevant Singapore authorities (MOM, NEA, SCDF) for statutory reporting and regulatory compliance matters.
• Support and conduct EHS training, toolbox talks, and competency programs.
• Lead internal/external audits, customer audits, and site inspections; manage corrective actions to closure.
