Job Description
The Safety Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, managing, and supervising all occupational health and safety, fire safety, environmental protection, and health‑related activities at the Szarvas seed processing facility.
This role ensures full compliance with Hungarian legislation and Corteva standards , while providing hands‑on occupational safety support to both plant and field operations . The position plays a visible, on‑site role in strengthening safety culture, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.
Main responsibilities:
Corteva EHS Standards (40%): Coordinate the implementation of Corteva occupational safety standards and related programs. Operational Safety (30%): Participate in safety assessments of operational technologies and the review of work instructions. Maintain daily presence in operational areas to enhance process safety and identify non‑conformities. Propose and develop corrective solutions in cooperation with relevant functions. Trainin...
