EHS Safety Officer II

Job Description:

• Conducts investigation of accidents as members of the health and safety committee and submit his separate report and analysis of accidents to the top management.
• Coordinates all health and safety training programs for the employees.
• Conducts health and safety inspection as member of the committee.
• Maintains or helps in the maintenance of an efficient accident record system and coordinates actions taken by supervisors and heads to eliminate the cause of the accident.
• Provide assistance to government agencies in the conduct of safety and health inspection, accident investigation or any other related programs.
• Responsible for the compliance of all government reports such as DOLE Registration Reports, report for work related accidents, health and safety committee reports, quarterly reports on safety programs and minutes of the meeting, annual work related accidents/illness.
