Activity 1: Drive plant EHS business plan achieves the EHS target

Goal: Ensure all objective and program will be implement on time and achieve the plant’s target.

1. Implement all activities and program as plan setting, keep record and evident.
2. Call meeting with Plant manager to follow up the result by monthly.
3. Take improvement for each objective are not achieve the target.

Activity 2: Follow up new legal

Goal: Ensure all new concern in factory legal is up to date and compliance with factory.

1. Follow up new legal for all safety, occupational health & Environmental requirements by monthly.
2. Distribute legal concern to interested party.
3. Follow up result of compliance.

Activity 3: Safety Audit to comply Integral safety directive

Goal: Conduct safety audit by management team by weekly or monthly and effective preventive action plan with due date.
