EHS Specialist

This role will plan, organize and coordinate the implementation of PPG Environment/Health/Safety (EHS) process consistent with Corporate EHS policy and regulatory requirements.  It will provide technical support and consultation to the plant and commercial team for achieving the compliance with PPG and national regulations by working with all levels of management and PPG Corporate EHS associates, which is our PJ Plant associates and PPG team in UOA Office.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• To act as Secretary for the Environment Health & Safety Committee in PJ plant and UOA office as required by Malaysian safety and health regulations
• Management of environmental aspect such as scheduled waste, air monitoring and water management and industrial hygiene aspects
• Review and implement EHS Work Plan yearly with the site EHSLT team, support and maintain PJ Environmental, Health and Safety management systems implementation
