Job Description

                    Liaise closely with the Head of Operations on all relevant EHSS compliance requirements. 
Ensure all EHSS regulations are effectively implemented and adhered to throughout the company. 
Responsible for updating and maintaining the EHSS Compliance Manual. 
Plan, implement, and conduct internal audits prior to audits by the Certifying Body (CB). 
Prepare and provide all relevant EHSS reporting data as required by management. 
Conduct regular verification of the authenticity of Proof of Origin (PoO) and develop action plans for any questionable PoO volumes. 
Perform periodic safety assessments at all depots and appointed agents. 
Review all aspects of safety, health, environment, security, and sustainability during assessment audits. 
Propose recommendations and potential improvement plans using the ALARP (As Low As Reasonably Practicable) principle.
