   The Group You’ll Be A Part Of  
 The Customer Support Business Group focuses on enabling our customers with premier customer support throughout their lifecycle with Lam. We drive performance, productivity, safety, and quality of customers installed base performance and deliver service and lifecycle solutions for their most critical equipment and processes.
 
   What You’ll Do  
 Ensure EI projects role out for chosen customers as planned.
 Train & certify AT users before EI product in use
 Lead/drive EI projects in region for technical
 Being the EI expert of the region
 Provide EI technical introduction to AT & Customer
 Enable region EI capability by certify and track EI users in the region
 Lead region EI project by co-work with AT & Corp
