As a Project Management / Cost Management Intern, you will support the delivery of live construction and capital works projects. Working closely with Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors, you'll gain hands-on exposure to project coordination, cost tracking, reporting, and documentation within a professional real estate consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities
Assist in tracking project costs, budgets, and key milestones
Help maintain project documentation, reports, and control logs
Support procurement and contractor documentation processes
Participate in project meetings and assist with progress updates
Learn and apply project management and cost control best practices
Any other tasks assigned by the team
