Shift Details:

Monday through Friday - 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The right team member will be available and punctual. This client is a hands‑on transfer and is in need of an experienced person in Parkinson's, Alzheimer’s/Dementia. Family is very hands‑on and provides all meals. You will feed and assist the client with feeding as needed, provide companionship and personal care (incontinence experience, bed bathing, turning/rolling as needed, garment changes, etc.) and clean up after your client (including dishes, drinkware, etc.). Any assistance requested by the client is permitted – laundry, cleaning, etc., and you will be ready to assist. You are responsible for documenting and reporting on the condition and shift.
