Qualifications

• Professional degree in administrative, engineering, or law.
• More than 5 years of experience in insurance brokers, insurers, or agencies, developing the processes and activities of issuance and placement.
• Knowledge in the health sector and RCM.

Responsibilities

• Generate new client acquisition, business expansion, and development of new products to achieve established goals.
• Provide comprehensive customer service, proactively managing all portfolio needs with a focus on service excellence and client retention.
• Lead technical negotiations with insurers, ensuring optimal conditions for the products contracted, according to each client’s specific needs.
• Maintain up-to-date and properly functioning assigned accounts, handling updates, databases, insurer and client applications, portfolio and loss reports to ensure continuous operation.
